I want to start doing muscle strengthening exercises too, but all the videos I find talk about getting smaller waists, smaller thighs, smaller arms, and more. I’ve been losing weight for about a year and a half now and I’m 50lbs down with the help of advice I’ve gotten from this sub! I reached my original goal weight, but I think I still want to lose 10-15lbs more. This sub tends to have the most consistently correct info though, so I am here with a dumb question.
